What is UNI/PdR125? What is its objective?

The UNI/PdR 125:2022 – Gender Equality – consists of a guideline on the management system for gender equality that provides for the adoption, by the company concerned, of specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to gender equality policies in organisations.
